Support Services

The following support services are offered by Frost Solutions:

Hardware Support
All hardware sold by Frost Solutions with a support contract or warranty contract will be supported by Frost Solutions. Any hardware out of warranty or not on a support contract can be quoted on for support.
Software Support
All software sold by Frost Solutions with a support contract or maintenance contract will be supported by Frost Solutions. Any software out of warranty or not on a maintenance contract can be quoted on for support.
Custom Support
Frost Solutions offers custom support on a case by case basis. A quote and rate will be provided upfront.

Support Hours

Traditional support hours are from 8:00am till 5:00pm SAST (GMT +2) Monday to Friday. Support hours do not include South African public holidays and weekends. For urgent support outside of support hours please log a call via the ticketing system and follow it up with a text message if it cannot wait until regular support hours.

The following support logging procedures are supported:

Email Support

Details to be provided:
Full names of call logger.
Telephone number of call logger both landline and cell phone.
Client name of call logger.
Email address of call logger.
Product name of affected solution.
Brief description of support requirement explaining the exact issue being raised.
